Salary: £38,000£45,000 basic + KPI Bonus + Travel Allowance

Were recruiting on behalf of a leading fire safety provider for a Service & Maintenance Manager to be based at their Blackpool office. This is a key leadership role ideal for a senior engineer or team leader ready to move into management, overseeing a regional team of engineers.
You'll be responsible for ensuring service quality, technical compliance, and operational performance across fire alarm and emergency lighting works.
Lead and support a team of Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting Engineers
Conduct audits, toolbox talks, and provide on-site technical guidance where needed
Ensure works comply with BS 5839, BS 5266, and company standards
Review service reports and ensure accurate documentation
Coordinate with scheduling and operations teams to manage workloads efficiently
Maintain and build strong client relationships
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across your team
Support onboarding and technical development of engineers
Experienced in fire alarm servicing and emergency lighting systems
Background in leading or supervising engineering teams
Strong communicator with good client-facing skills
Well-organised with a focus on safety and compliance
Full UK driving licence
FIA or relevant fire industry qualifications desirable
£38,000£45,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
