Job summary

SER Limited is recruiting a Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer to service and maintain fire alarm systems across the Peterborough & Northampton region. The role offers an £38,000–£42,000 salary DOE, with full UK driving licence required and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will work in a supportive team, receive ongoing training, and have access to career development opportunities within a growing fire & security company.

Qualifications

Proven experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems.
Good working knowledge of described systems (Advanced, Morley, Kentec, Apollo).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and fault-find on fire alarm systems.
Work with manufacturers including Advanced, Morley, Kentec, Apollo.
Complete work to high standards and relevant regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
Accurately complete service documentation and reports.
