This national fire detection systems installer and service provider is looking to recruit a service and maintenance engineer to be based within striking distance of either Glasgow or Edinburgh.
Candidates will need to have good practical experience with the service and fault-find on a variety of fire alarm systems, PAVA, emergency lighting, and nurse call systems, being able to work unsupervised.
Reporting to the service manager, the successful applicant will be the first point of contact with customers, so excellent communication skills are a must.
Applicants will need to have a good understanding of BS standards and ideally hold FIA certification or similar. A CSCS card is required, as is a full driving license.
This position offers a basic salary plus benefits including a company car or van, call out, overtime, travel time, and holiday entitlement. The successful candidate should expect to earn approximately £[amount].
