Fire Alarm Service Engineer - Package Overview:

  1. Basic Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 per annum (Negotiable based on experience) + Overtime
  2. Full-Time, Permanent Position
  3. Location: Edinburgh

Company Overview - Fire Alarm Service Engineer

Our client is seeking a dedicated Fire Alarm Engineer to join their esteemed team on a full-time, permanent basis. With years of industry experience, they are entering a new phase of growth and are expanding their team to meet increasing customer demand.

Fire Alarm Service Engineer - Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Servicing, repair, fault-finding, and maintenance of addressable, conventional & GENT systems (Full Training will be provided on systems including GENT).
  2. Field-based role, covering multiple sites
  3. Working with a variety of manufacturers' brands
  4. Ensuring high standards of work quality
  5. Maintaining effective communication with customers at all times
  6. Completing tasks efficiently
  7. Providing support to team members when needed

Fire Alarm Service Engineer - Skills and Experience Required:

  1. Full UK driving licence or equivalent (Essential)
  2. Motivation and enthusiasm to seize opportunities
  3. Ideally, a minimum of 3 years' experience in the Fire Alarm Industry (Desirable, but not essential)
  4. Open to applicants with a willingness to undergo training
  5. Familiarity with various manufacturers' systems
  6. Desirable qualifications: IPAF, CSCS/ECS, FIA, and/or City & Guilds
  7. A positive attitude and strong self-motivation are essential
