Overview

My client are a leading Fire Protection Business and are looking to recruit a Fire Alarm Sales Engineer servicing, maintaining and replacing fire alarms. They are looking for someone to cover the Yorkshire and surrounding areas

Role - Fire Alarm Sales Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 28,000.00 per year plus bonus

Monday to Friday with OOH and weekend cover

A proven sales candidate who is interested in a more technical role with the opportunity to learn and develop

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
  • Perform service and maintenance on Fire Alarm and Emergency Lights
  • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure systems are functioning properly and in compliance with regulations
  • Troubleshoot and repair any issues with fire protection equipment
  • Install new fire protection systems as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
  • To be able to report system defects/problems accurately
  • To be able to work unsupervised for periods of time
  • Complete paperwork to a professional standard
  • Organise own scheduling and replenishment van stock
  • Selling new products and replacing any faulty items during the service
Experience & Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
