Responsibilities
  1. Handle projects from enquiry to completion.
  2. Manage construction programmes and report accordingly.
  3. Effectively manage on-site installation works while liaising with subcontractors and clients.
  4. Undertake relevant H & S duties, e.g., safe starts, toolbox talks.
  5. Liaise with manufacturing, design, and other departments for timely delivery.
  6. Identify and communicate problem areas effectively.
  7. Ensure compliance with codes, practices, and specifications.
  8. Complete Quality Assurance documentation and report snags to subcontractors.
  9. Delegate tasks to team members.
  10. Willingness to learn and undertake commercial responsibilities.
  11. Perform any other duties relevant to the role.

Qualifications
