Are you a Fire Alarm Engineer looking for a fresh challenge?
We are looking for a skilled Fire Alarm Engineer to join our client's growing division in Essex. The role involves installing, servicing, and carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on a variety of fire alarm systems. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team that values good engineers and offers long term stability.
Key Responsibilities

  • Install, test, and commission a range of fire alarm systems to current standards.
  • Carry out routine servicing, inspections, and PPMs across client sites.
  • Diagnose and repair faults efficiently to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and certification accurately.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Work to health & safety regulations and always company procedures.

Requirements
  • Ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Fire Alarm Engineer.
  • Ideally qualified to Level 3 in Electrical or Fire Alarm Systems (not essential).
  • Good knowledge of conventional and addressable fire alarm systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • Full UK driving licence.
