Trinity Fire & Security is seeking a Service Engineer to maintain and service fire and security systems across Cornwall. You will diagnose faults, perform scheduled maintenance and carry out small installations, providing expert guidance to customers. A full UK driving licence is required and loyalty to safety standards is essential.

Fire Systems: Gent, Notifier, Advanced, Protec and other open-protocol systems.
CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua, Avigilon.
Intruder Alarms: Galaxy, Texecom.
Access Control: Paxton, Honeywell, Gallagher.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits on fire and security systems.
Diagnose faults and deliver effective, compliant solutions.
Complete minor remedial works and small-scale installations.
Provide professional technical advice and updates to customers.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant standards and company procedures.
Proven experience servicing fire alarm and/or electronic security systems.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Good knowledge of relevant British Standards.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong technical understanding with a focus on electrical safety (ECA or equivalent desirable).
Full UK driving licence.
