Job summary

Trinity Fire & Security is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to deliver high-quality servicing, maintenance and technical support across a diverse portfolio of commercial clients in the Swindon region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing fire alarm and/or electronic security systems.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Good knowledge of relevant British Standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Electrical safety awareness (ECA or equivalent desirable).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and reactive service visits on fire and security systems.
• Diagnose faults and deliver effective, compliant solutions.
• Complete minor remedial works and small-scale installations.
• Provide professional technical advice and updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant standards and company procedures.

You will service and maintain a wide range of fire and security systems, ensuring compliance, reliability and exceptional customer service. Systems You’ll Work With

Fire Systems: Gent, Notifier, Advanced, Protec and other open-protocol systems. CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua, Avigilon. Intruder Alarms: Galaxy, Texecom. Access Control: Paxton, Honeywell, Gallagher.

Key Responsibilities
