Job summary

Regen Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrician to perform maintenance and reactive repairs in the social housing sector. The majority of work will be in occupied/void properties across the Kent area, with a van and fuel card provided for the role.

This temporary to permanent position requires 18th edition, 2391 or 2394/2395, and proven access control experience. A full UK driving licence and complete tools are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have Access Control Experience.
• Social Housing experience is preferred.

Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Electrician to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector.

The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties in the Kent area.

This is a temporary to permanent position with a van & fuel card provided immediately.

Our Client: - A reputable and well established maintenance contractor who have a number of flagship contracts across the South East.
