Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and proficient applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Working knowledge of backend development with Java and Spring.
• Working knowledge of frontend development using React and front-end testing frameworks.
• Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka.
• Familiarity with automation and continuous delivery methods.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies including CI/CD, resiliency, and security.
• Practical cloud-native experience.
• Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and ability to evaluate AI outputs.
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, data sensitivity, secure handling, resiliency and security expectations.
• Experience in asset management, wealth management, or client-facing financial tech platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to event-driven architecture and distributed systems design.
• Experience with modern front-end component libraries and design systems.
