Errington Legal is seeking a FinTech Partner to lead a growing technology practice in London with hybrid working arrangements. The role emphasizes expanding the client base, shaping a broad technology transactional offering, and delivering strategic advisory services.

The candidate should be a partner or senior solicitor with a substantial existing client following and a track record of growing business and teams in the tech/fintech space.

Qualifications

• Ambitious with a significant existing client following.
• Proven success in developing client business and ideally a team.
• Strong leadership and partnership readiness in a technology-focused practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead on commercial and transactional matters for technology sector clients.
• Oversee licensing, outsourcing, software, data and AI matters with scope to define your own specialism.
• Drive strategic advisory matters and growth for the practice.

FinTech Partner- London with hybrid working

Client

A growing international firm with a deep Tech capability as well as an established financial services practice, this is an excellent platform for an ambitious existing or potential Fintech Partner to develop their following with demonstrable support and firm backing

Role

• Primarily focussed on the commercial and transactional elements of the market, supporting technology sector clients
• Fromlicensing and outsourcing agreements through to software, data and AI matters, this would be a broad role with an opportunity to define your own specialism
• Leading on strategic advisory matters across the market
• A clear mandate to grow the practice and a team of specialists
• Support of not only the sector head, but confidence in the firm's wider support as part of their growth strategy
