Harrington Starr is working with a fintech firm that enables banks to embed capital solutions for SMEs across the UK. This is an exciting operations-focused role where you will sit across multiple functions of the business.

You will be the customer contact, helping analyse data to improve operational processes and also playing an active part in building AI tooling to automate workflows. This is an early-stage growth environment that requires someone who thrives at pace, with strong SQL skills

Qualifications

• Experience fintech with AI tools, preferably Payments.
• Able to translate problems into resolutions.
• Strong SQL skills and data analysis capability.
• Thrives in a fast-paced early-stage environment.
