Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Involvement in the execution of M&A transactions, including takeovers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other related activities.
• Assisting with the preparation of marketing and pitching specific M&A ideas.
• Assistance in preparing financial and valuation models related to potential transactions.
• Conducting industry research.
• Identifying and contacting potential buyers or acquisition targets.
• Drafting and providing input to relevant transaction documents.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a degree or equivalent from a top university and a keen interest in specializing in Fintech M&A.
• Experience as an M&A Analyst (TMT, Tech, Fintech preferred) or working in a Big 4/Top 6 accountancy firm with M&A Financial Due Diligence experience. Deal experience in Fintech or Tech is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and project management skills.
• High interpersonal skills to work across multidisciplinary teams, departments, professional advisers, and clients.
