Qualifications

• 7+ years of legal working experience (in-house or private practice).
• Experience advising fintechs and/or other financial institutions.
• Proven ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.

• Develop licensing and market entry strategies for the EU and UK.
• Provide comprehensive legal support across corporate governance.
