ThinkMarkets Group is seeking a hands-on Graphic / Multimedia Designer to produce high-quality assets across social media, web, email and paid media. You will work with our global marketing and creative teams to adapt campaign concepts into effective designs for social media, web, email and paid media.

This role suits someone who enjoys high-volume production, works accurately to brand guidelines and can manage multiple requests at once.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design experience with digital campaigns.
• Portfolio showing social media, web, email assets.
• Ability to work to brand guidelines and localize assets.
• Fast-paced production with high volume.
• Experience in fintech/financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand visuals into social, web, email, and paid media assets.
• Produce banners, carousels, social visuals, and email creatives.
• Resize and localize assets for markets and languages.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Create reusable templates for recurring campaigns.
• Prepare print-ready files when required.
• Support ad hoc design requests from stakeholders.
