Job summary

EWOR GmbH is launching cutting-edge new initiatives and seeking exceptional operators and builders to join our new department. You will own critical work from discovery to production in a fast-moving environment, shaping the foundations of a scalable platform.

You will collaborate with an elite team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders, reporting directly to the department founder. This role offers maximum ownership, rapid impact, and equity upside in a high-growth setting.

Qualifications

• You are based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate/remote work.
• You have a high-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise and drive to own projects end-to-end.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• You will lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in Fintech or related domains.
• You will translate strategic vision into execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• You will architect scalable solutions and position the department for rapid growth or spin-off opportunities.

Requirements

• You are based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
