Job summary

EWOR is launching cutting-edge initiatives and seeks exceptional operators to join a new department. You will own end-to-end execution, translate strategy into roadmaps, and drive rapid prototyping to production in a high-growth environment.

You will work with an elite team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders, with options for relocation or remote arrangements in Europe or the Americas.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate/remote arrangements.
• High-agency builder mindset with end-to-end ownership and initiative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

• Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and rapid implementation.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive milestones toward growth or spin-off opportunities.

EWOR is launching cutting-edge new initiatives, and we are looking for exceptional operators and builders to join our new department.

Tasks

• You will lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as Biotech.
• You will translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• You will architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones to position the new department for rapid growth and potentially a spin-off to attract institutional backing.

Requirements

• You are based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
