Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience, ideally in Tier 1 Investment Banking – FIG / Financial Institutions M&A.
• Growth Equity or Private Equity experience with exposure to Financial Services, FinTech or tech-enabled businesses.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities across Financial Services and FinTech.
• Conducting detailed company, sector and market analysis.
• Building financial models, performing valuations and investment return analyses.
• Preparing investment committee materials and recommendations.
• Working with management teams and advisers through transaction processes.
• Monitoring portfolio performance and supporting value creation initiatives.
