Key responsibilities

1. Business partnerships: Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
2. Budgeting and forecasting: Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accurate financial planning and performance tracking.
3. Reporting and KPIs: Design and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
4. Financial data analysis: Analyze financial data and organize it into accessible reports using key metrics to support strategic planning and operational decisions.
5. Scenario modelling: Support senior finance stakeholders in scenario modelling for strategic investments and key projects.
6. Revenue recognition and cost analysis: Oversee the delivery of revenue recognition, cost analysis, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations for the group.
7. Broader finance support: Assist across the broader finance function, contributing to both business-as-usual (BAU) activities and special projects.

Minimum Requirements

1. At least 1 year of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Analytics, or Business Partnering.
2. Proficiency in Excel with intermediate to strong skills.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
