Fintech Affiliate Growth Manager

Job summary

Trade Nation is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our Paid Media team and drive customer acquisition via affiliate, direct display and programmatic channels.

You will own the day-to-day management and optimisation of affiliate campaigns, partnerships and performance, with a strong focus on CAC and sustainable growth. This six-month contract offers opportunity to extend and impact multiple teams in a regulated fintech environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing.
• Experience in fintech or regulated industries and knowledge of CFDs/forex/spread betting.
• Hands-on experience managing affiliate networks, ideally Impact.com or FinanceAds.
• Experience managing direct display partnerships and programmatic campaigns (StackAdapt; DV360 a plus).
• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, postbacks, pixels, attribution and reporting.
• Commercial mindset with CAC, CPA, commissions and payback.
• Proven ability to test, optimise and scale campaigns across creatives and partners.
• Comfortable working with Compliance in a regulated environment.
• Experience with paid social and paid search (Meta, LinkedIn, X, Google/Bing).
• Fluent English; Portuguese/Polish/German would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management and optimisation of affiliate campaigns, partnerships and performance.
• Identify new opportunities, test and scale what works, and drive customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Marketing Data, Creative, CRO and Compliance to ensure FCA compliance.
• Manage direct display partnerships and programmatic campaigns across platforms.
