Job summary

Reelvision Print Ltd. in Lancashire is seeking a Finishing Operator to operate finishing equipment and support production on a double day shift pattern. The role involves following work instructions, maintaining the glue systems, and assisting with training of new staff.

You will also ensure QA processes are followed, complete QMC documentation, and participate in weekly cleaning and GMP-compliant procedures as part of the production team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of finishing processes and work instructions.
• Awareness of GMP and QA processes.
• Ability to follow CAPA/improvement steps when needed.
• Accurate completion of QMC/Pass Sheet documentation.

FINISHING

• Understand and use the Work Instructions (Job Bag)
• Use of setting sheet and packing specification
• Setting of feeder components
• Setting of pre-break section
• Setting of the Pharma Code reader
• Setting of glue pot
• Setting of overhead glue system
• Setting of folding section
• Setting of transfer section
• Setting of infeed devices
• Setting of delivery belt
• Setting of Little David
• Understand and complete Pass Sheet / QMC / all Q.C. documentation

QUALITY / GMP / HYGIENE – OBJECTIVES

• Understand and follow the CAPA / Improvement Process, when appropriate
• Understand and follow the Quality Process Flow Charts, including CCP’s
