Finishing Operative

Our Uxbridge based client is a genuine world leader in their field, designing and manufacturing extremely complex engineered solutions which are used throughout the world. Due to continued expansion and a full order book, they are seeking experienced Finishing Operatives to increase site output.

They are seeking Finishing Operative for their finishing shop and are interested in speaking to technicians / operatives with the following:

1. Can read and follow engineering work instructions.
2. Excellent attention to detail.
3. It’s an absolute must to have great dexterity.
4. Working with small parts, good eyesight is also essential.
5. Experience working in a production environment.
6. Any experience in anodising or paint spraying is a bonus.

You will be working in a fast paced, collaborative environment where communication is key to be successful. You will have strong attention to detail and fantastic dexterity to work accurately with small components.

The Package:
Our client will pay a salary of up to £27,000 + an excellent benefits package including 9% pension.
