Job summary

You will be responsible for monitoring sub-contractors and ensuring effective communication across teams. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of experience in a similar role and relevant certifications. The position offers a freelance contract with a rate of £230 per day for a minimum of 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a Finishing Manager, ideally with a developer.
• Ability to control subcontract packages.

Responsibilities

Development of a 70 bed Care Home

The Role

To work in the position of Finishing Manager and reporting to the Senior Site manager. Your role will require you to monitor sub-contractors and drive the production, completion and handover of the units.

Key Requirements:

• Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained
• Proven track record in finishing multiple units, completing snagging and defects, monitoring trades and labour on site, completing reports and reporting back to the Site / Project Manager
• SMSTS, CSCS, FIRST AID

About You

You will have gained 2+ years' experience, ideally working for a developer as a Finishing Manager

Be able to control subcontract packages
