About the job Finishing Foreman / Supervisor

Our client is a very well established Property Maintenance and Facilities Management contractor based in Birmingham who are looking for an experienced Foreman / Supervisor to manage a £650,000 contract doing the Builders clean and mastic work on the new Everton stadium in Liverpool.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Builders clean and mastic work on the new Everton stadium.
2. Supervise site operations from 8am to 6pm.
3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Requirements:

1. Strong supervisory skills.
2. IT skills and good construction knowledge.
3. CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
4. Previous knowledge of using FieldView and ASight is a bonus.

This is a full-time role for a fixed term period until the end of November.
