Job Opportunity: Finishing Foreman

Our client is seeking a finishing foreman to join a residential project in Blaydon. The contract duration is 1 month.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee trades and labor on site to ensure work is carried out according to plan.
2. Create pre-snagging lists, coordinate all subcontractors, and complete all snagging activities.
3. Supervise all internal subcontractors and trades.
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality control, inspections, and snagging activities.

Requirements:
