Finishing Foreman

We're currently looking for a Finishing Foreman to join a new build housing development in Rugby.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail who can ensure the final stages of the build are completed to a high standard. You'll be working closely with the site team to coordinate snagging, oversee finishing trades, and ensure homes are handed over on time and to spec.

What you'll need:

1. Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman on new build housing sites
2. Strong organisational and communication skills
3. Eye for detail and quality
4. CSCS card

Duties will include:

1. Managing snagging lists and ensuring timely completion
2. Overseeing finishing trades (painters, joiners, etc.)
3. Coordinating with the Site Manager and wider team
4. Ensuring quality control and health & safety standards are met
