INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Fit Out Foreman

Project – Commercial

Job Location – Belfast (South Side)

Salary – Hourly Rate based on Experience

About the Company

Working with a reputable Top 40 Contractor who specialise in delivering high value commercial and residential developments valued up to £50M across Northern Ireland.

The project is commercial – running to end of November but future work in the pipeline in Belfast/ Lisburn areas.

Immediate Start available.

The Role

• Report to Site Manager.
• Liaise with, coordinate and manage various subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Attend site meetings and host meetings among trades teams.
• Manage multiple teams of trades to handover.
• Finishing internal building to a high standard and in line with programme.
• Manage and drive labour force.
• Ensure H&S and Company Compliance policies are adhered to by all staff members.
• Plan works accordingly to tie in line with project programme.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Relevant Cards/ Tickets to supervise site.
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification. (Preferably Carpentry)
• Strong sense of ownership over projects and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work.
