Core Recruiter is looking for a Finishing Foreman for a site in King's Lynn, Norfolk.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. CSCS Card
2. SSSTS or SMSTS
3. 1st Aid
4. Experience on Residential projects
5. Two working references

Job Duties:

1. Assisting with the day-to-day running of the site
2. Experience dealing with Snagging and Sub Contractor to complete work
3. Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
4. Track and monitor project progress, adhering to prearranged standards
5. Manage sub-contractors to ensure all deadlines are met
