Job Title – Finishing Foreman

Project – Commercial Project

Job Location – Fortnightly Travel – Mainland UK

Salary - £40K - £45K plus package & living away

About the Company

I have an excellent, new opportunity for one of Northern Ireland's busier 1 Main Contractors who specialise in unique commercial projects across Northern Ireland, Ireland and Mainland UK.

This role would be ideal for an experienced Finishing Foreman who has a proven record of working on commercial projects valued over £5M.

The successful applicant will be working on finishing a 70+ bed PCC development- overseeing the installation of internal packages- project value is over £9M total.

The Role

• Working with the Site Manager to complete the project in accordance with the programme.
• organizing labour and materials to deliver in accordance with the programme.
• Liaise with various subcontractors on a daily basis
• Check completed works and ensure they are of a high standard
• Ensure Quality of works
• Resolve day to day issue's onsite in a timely, amicable and efficient manner to ensure the programme is maintained.
• Plan works accordingly to tie in line with the programme and drive labour force to work at maximum capacity while on-site.
• Organise works in accordance with all Health and Safety guidelines
• QA all tradesmen work in a systematic way to ensure quality is maintained at all times.
• Manage housekeeping and all H&S aspects on a daily basis.
