Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our team on a short-term contract based at our site in Northstowe. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with a strong eye for detail to contribute to the final stages of our high-quality residential development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all finishing works on site to ensure homes are completed to the highest standard.

• Coordinate and manage finishing trades (e.g., decorators, carpenters, snagging teams).

• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Carry out snagging inspections and manage timely resolution of defects.

• Liaise with site management and subcontractors to maintain programme targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar finishing foreman or site supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of residential build processes and finishing standards.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Valid CSCS card - essential.

• SMSTS or SSSTS certification - desirable.

• Own transport preferred due to site location.
