Are you a hands–on, detail–driven team player with a track record of thriving in fast–paced environments? We're looking for a Finishing Foreman to bring expertise and energy to our housing development project based in Bexhill–On–Sea.

Location: Bexhill on Sea Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Ongoing Freelance Contract

Responsibilities include:

• Leading finishing works on Housing Association (HA) plots.
• Creating and managing snagging lists for subcontractors.
• De–snagging completed works to maintain high standards.
• Coordinating trades and scheduling activities efficiently.
• Managing finishing phases meticulously to ensure a smooth handover.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Finishing Foreman in busy construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of HA plot standards and handover requirements.
• Valid CSCS card and First Aid certification.
• SMSTS qualification is a plus but not essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills to drive subcontractors to completion.
