Job summary

Stafforce-Recruitment in Sheffield is seeking a Finisher/Polisher to join a well-established manufacturing business. The role focuses on finishing and polishing metal components to a high standard, working from engineering drawings when required, and contributing to a robust production process.

Working hours are rotating shifts 6:00-2:00, 2:00-10:00, with early finish on Fridays. Experience with steel or alloys and familiarity with hand tools, polishing equipment, and quality inspection are

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a linishing, glazing, polishing, or manufacturing role.
• Background within a manufacturing environment (essential).
• Experience working with steel (highly desirable).
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Reliable, hardworking and team-oriented.

• Working with steel and other alloys to remove imperfections and achieve required finishes.

• 6:00am – 2:00pm
