Job description

As a Finisher who would like to see your intricate work and attention to detail make an impact on construction and property projects around the world? Are you passionate about delivering a finish of high quality on hand crafted products?

Our client, a leading and highly regarded manufacturer and supplier of high quality bespoke products have an exciting Finisher opportunity based within their manufacturing team at their new bespoke offices, where you will be responsible for prepping surfaces for the final finish - polishing metal, removing marks and dents, sandblasting, mixing coatings and applying the final finish. You will be working on a wide variety of different components, and will receive all training needed to ensure that the high quality that has come to be expected from the business's products is maintained.

As a Finisher, your important role will involve:

- Preparing the surface - cleaning, degreasing and sandblasting
- Mixing coatings and spraying
- Quality controlling parts and components
- Applying the finish including ceramic coatings
- Observing strict Health & Safety rules and maintaining a clean working area

I am very interested in speaking with candidates who have experience working as a Finisher, Finishing Operative, Metal Finisher, Metal Polisher, or Sprayer and who ideally have experience working on small intricate projects and who have used hand tools and power tools.

Salary for this Finisher position is £28,500 (depending on level of experience).

The business offers free parking on-site. If you are taking public transport, there are lots of bus stops very close by that provide access to train stations as well.
