Job Description:

My client has Congenital Sensory Neural deafness - he communicates through finger spelling onto his hands.

He also has Congenital Optic Atrophy, with very limited sight, possibly perceiving light/dark shadows, and Mitochondrial disease.

The care assistant will support him for 12 hours per week, ensuring safety, meeting nutritional needs, social interaction, and assistance with daily activities.

Hours are split into two 6-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday, starting at 8:30 am and ending at 2:30 pm.

Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check, with costs covered by the employer.
