Michelin experience is a BIG BONUS!

We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead an award-winning fine dining restaurant in London, with plans for three more openings. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on management style, a focus on team training and development, and experience in high-volume, top-end restaurants.

This is a new company with currently three sites and growing.

What are we looking for?
  • Experience in opening new restaurants is essential.
  • This role requires precise organization, excellent knowledge, and impeccable customer service skills.
  • You will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with the Head Office and support teams to maintain the restaurant's high-end market position.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing all teams including Reception, Sales & Marketing, Events, Bars, Private Dining Rooms, and restaurant floors.
  • Strong financial skills to manage P&Ls, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Developing effective policies, maintaining high standards, and making operational adjustments as needed.
  • Overseeing employee performance appraisals and ensuring they are completed timely.
