Job summary

You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and General Manager, taking ownership of the floor and helping craft an experience that brings guests back. A hands-on leader with strong wine knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager or senior floor manager in fine dining.
• Strong guest focus with ability to remain calm during peak service.
• WSET Level 2 or equivalent wine knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts from the floor, ensuring smooth and attentive service.
• Know guests, handle requests and resolve issues thoughtfully.
• Coach front-of-house team and develop their skills.
• Assist with rotas, recruitment and training for service readiness.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management to keep standards consistent.
• Monitor labour, costs and daily reporting to support profitability.
