Associate Financial Trainer – Insurance

Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Financial Trainer - Insurance

We’re looking for individuals with drive, flexibility and passion to help us deliver a world class service to our clients. As a self-employed Insurance Associate contracting with Fitch Learning, we’ll collaborate with you to design and deliver training across a number of relevant programmes & academies within banks, other financial institutions, regulators and multi-lateral organisations. Courses are delivered in-house and virtually to clients as well as open public courses in various locations.

We’ll Count on You To:

• Be confident presenting complex topics, willing and eager to learn with a desire to develop both your classroom skills, both virtual and in-centre, and further your knowledge of the subject matter you will be delivering.
• Review existing course material and assist in the preparation of new training material.
• Have a full understanding of the objectives of the course, the participants and training material.
• Bring your drive, flexibility and passion to help us deliver a world class service to our clients.

What You Need to Have:

• Extensive insurance market experience within a leading insurance company
• Excellent understanding of a broad range of insurance products, insurance financial statements, insurance regulation and insurance industry developments
• Excellent presentation and listening skills
• Effective communication skills
• A passion for education
• Experience of training in a professional environment
• A passion for delivering learning utilizing a range of methods to calmly and coherently explain complicated concepts in an entertaining and engaging way
• High levels of professionalism and cultural awareness appropriate to our industry

What Would Make You Stand Out:

• Insurance market experience within a leading insurance company, bank or other relevant financial institution
• Experience of Financial Services Professional Qualifications
• Teaching or Assessor qualified
