A recruitment firm based in Greater Leeds is seeking a Pigment Developer to join a Financial Planning team. This role involves designing and maintaining financial planning models in Pigment, collaborating with Finance teams, and enhancing forecasting processes. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in Pigment or Anaplan and a solid grasp of budgeting and financial planning. An ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification is preferred. This is a full-time mid-senior level position with a modern work environment.

• 2+ years’ experience building models in Pigment or Anaplan.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience working within Finance / FP&A teams.
• Ideally Chartered Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or working towards qualification.

I'm working with a firm looking for a Pigment Developer to join their Financial Planning team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone already working with Pigment, or an Anaplan Developer ready to make the move into a fast-growing, modern planning platform.

You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and enhancing financial planning and performance models used by senior stakeholders across the business, leading the transition from Anaplan to Pigment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing, building, and maintaining models in Pigment (or Anaplan, with support to transition)
• Partnering closely with Finance and FP&A teams to translate business requirements into scalable planning solutions
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Optimising existing models for performance, usability, and governance
• Contributing to best practices around model design and documentation

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience building models in Pigment or Anaplan
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience working within Finance / FP&A teams
