The primary role of the Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I - Registration Candidate is to acquire the necessary registrations and training to become a Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA) Stage I. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive advice and solutions to clients, conducting client reviews, engaging with customers, triaging leads, and participating in ongoing training.

This role is a bridge between banking and brokerage, requiring awareness of core banking and investment solutions. Required skills include Series 7 & 66 within 120 days, and compliance with SAFE Act registration requirements.
