Description: This role involves providing comprehensive financial advice and tailored solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, referring clients to appropriate partners, reviewing financial and investment objectives with clients, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products. Employees are expected to complete necessary licenses and training, and must comply with SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks. Failure to maintain registration may result in disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in planning short and long-term financial goals using brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
  • Recommend strategies aligned with clients' financial needs and goals.
  • Triages client requests and refers to suitable internal service providers.
  • Manage risk as part of daily activities.
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Series 7 & 66 licenses (or Series 63 or 65 with a plan to obtain the missing license within 60 days).
  • At least one year of experience in the investment industry, with knowledge of investment products and services.
  • Experience in financial services or sales environment with goal achievement.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Effective communication skills and confidence in engaging clients.
