Responsibilities:
  1. Provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
  2. Triaging client leads and making referrals to appropriate business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds.
  3. Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals, build financial plans, and recommend brokerage products.
  4. Complete required licenses and trainings to expand knowledge.
  5. Register with the SAFE Act registry and pass background checks, as required for residential loan mortgage originations.
  6. Build and review financial plans involving stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
  7. Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
  8. Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
  9. Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product recommendations.
  10. Mitigate and control risk in daily activities.

US - CT - Avon, Newington, West Hartford, Windsor; Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience and skills.

This role is eligible for a formulaic incentive plan, with opportunities based on performance metrics.
