Job Description:

Description: This job is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Key responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. Job expectations include applying and expanding knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Employees must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to plan their financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
  • Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client goals.
  • Triages client requests and makes referrals based on needs and asset thresholds.
  • Mitigate and control risk.
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses. If missing the 66, must pass within 60 days.
  • At least one year experience in the investments industry.
  • Experience in financial services or sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Effective communication and confidence in engaging clients.
  • Ability to manage goals, prioritize tasks, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Time management skills.
  • Thorough regulatory due diligence.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills and multitasking ability.
  • Three or more years in financial services or sales.
  • Additional professional designations (e.g., CFP, CRPC).
  • Insurance licenses.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
