Hybrid Working | Edinburgh, Bristol, Manchester or Leeds

Join the Financial Services Tax team of a leading global professional services firm and help clients navigate the increasingly complex demands of today’s tax environment. Based in one of their offices in Edinburgh, Bristol, Manchester, or Leeds, this Corporate Tax Manager role sits within a national practice serving some of the UK’s most recognisable financial institutions across Asset Management, Wealth Management, Banking, and Insurance.

This is your opportunity to take a step forward in your career — working with market-leading professionals, building relationships with prestigious clients, and contributing to the growth of a high-performing, ambitious team.

The Opportunity

The Financial Services Tax practice has seen sustained growth, with the UK-wide Global Compliance and Reporting team now over 160 strong. You will gain exposure to a variety of compliance and advisory projects, working with both local clients and on wider national engagements. This is an ideal move for a motivated Corporate Tax professional looking to broaden their experience and accelerate progression in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be involved in a wide range of projects, including:

  • Tax accounting and audit support
  • Supporting tax advisory engagements across FS sectors

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Managing key client relationships and delivering high-quality tax services
  • Staying current with UK tax legislation and regulatory developments
  • Supporting proposals and identifying opportunities for additional client value
  • Contributing to business development and client retention strategies
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members
  • Ensuring technical excellence and a commercially practical approach across all engagements

What We’re Looking For

  • UK corporate tax experience within a practice or in-house environment
  • A relevant qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CA or CTA (or equivalent legal/tax knowledge)
  • Strong project management, organisational and client relationship skills
  • Commercially aware with the ability to deliver clear and concise advice
  • A collaborative team player with excellent coaching and mentoring skills
  • A proactive, growth-focused mindset

What’s On Offer

  • Salary up to £67,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
  • Comprehensive Total Rewards package including private medical, pension, life assurance, and retail discounts
  • Hybrid working model offering flexibility and trust
  • Continuous professional development and industry-leading training
  • The opportunity to work with high-profile clients in a prestigious FS tax team
