Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven administration experience gained from a professional regulated business, ideally financial services but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

  • Educated to A Level standard as a minimum (or the equivalent)
  • A genuine interest in building a career within the financial services industry

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing crucial support to Investment Managers to help deliver exceptional client service
  • Serving as the primary point of contact by responding to calls, managing enquiries, and efficiently relaying messages
  • Greeting clients with a professional and welcoming approach, ensuring a smooth and positive experience during their visit
  • Handling key administrative tasks such as managing client correspondence, completing necessary forms, and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating and preparing meeting rooms for client and prospect appointments
  • Ensuring business materials, brochures, and product packs are current, well-organised, and professionally presented
  • Overseeing office supply levels to ensure the team is fully equipped to perform at their best
