We are seeking a Principal Associate or Legal Director to join our leading Financial Services team at Shoosmiths. This permanent, full-time role is based nationally, with a focus on retail financial services, and involves advising on regulatory issues such as MiFID II, UCITS, AIFMD, ESG regulations, and FCA conduct rules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial services regulation, including knowledge of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and FCA Handbook, with the ability to manage client relationships and lead complex projects independently. Responsibilities include supervising junior lawyers, engaging with regulators, delivering training, and contributing to business development.
