Job Description:

We are working with a leading consultancy firm based in Belfast to recruit a Senior Associate for their Financial Services team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a growing Financial Services team, responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of lending documentation, including bilateral and syndicated loan agreements, security packages, and related documents.

The Senior Associate will support clients by providing insights into financial services regulations and leveraging the latest technology. The role also involves engaging with stakeholders for business development, building client relationships, and mentoring junior staff.

• 4+ years’ PQE;
• Experience with LMA documentation, loan agreements, and lending;
• Technically proficient;
• Ability to meet tight deadlines;
