We seek a talented and ambitious individual passionate about client service. Your Responsibilities:

1. Generate, supervise, and deliver legal work within the Financial Services sector, focusing on investment and asset management.
2. Draft, negotiate, review, and assess a variety of financial services legal documents, including fund documentation and related contracts.
3. Advise on Financial Services regulatory and commercial matters such as Fund structuring, investment management, AIF Compliance, MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, EMIR, UMR, LIBOR transition, and other regulatory requirements.
4. Support clients in large-scale, global contract review and remediation programs resulting from regulatory or market changes.
5. Assist clients in negotiating transactions and developing contract negotiation playbooks.
6. Help clients leverage technology-enabled workflows for contract preparation, negotiation, and execution.
7. Engage in business development by building a network of referrers within PwC and developing direct client relationships.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or an equivalent common law jurisdiction.
• Experience advising on broad Financial Services matters and leading teams in this sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulations.
• Ability to generate work in financial services and lead teams to deliver it.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Experience in growing and managing a multidisciplinary team.
