Job Description:

Miryco Consultants are working with a private equity-backed high-growth Financial Services Consultancy. The firm is looking for a professional with strong regulatory knowledge to support the delivery of regulatory compliance and operations services to their clients.

This position is ideal for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional seeking to join a fast-paced consultancy during its growth phase.

Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with the execution and maintenance of compliance monitoring programmes.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing key policies such as Financial Crime, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Personal Account Dealing.
  • Conduct quarterly horizon scanning exercises to identify upcoming regulatory changes for stakeholders.
  • Perform regulatory compliance research and analysis tasks for clients.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to maintain awareness of regulatory expectations and promote compliance best practices.
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Economics, or Business.
  • 1-3 years of experience in compliance, operations, or regulatory support within Financial Services or Consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks.
