Miryco Consultants is working with a private equity-backed, high-growth Financial Services Consultancy. The firm seeks a professional with strong regulatory knowledge to support the delivery of compliance and operational services to clients.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional eager to join a fast-paced consultancy during its growth phase.

Responsibilities:

1. Support clients in executing and maintaining compliance monitoring programs.
2. Assist in drafting and reviewing key policies such as Financial Crime, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Personal Account Dealing.
3. Conduct quarterly horizon scanning to identify upcoming regulatory changes for stakeholders.
4. Perform regulatory compliance research and analysis as needed.
5. Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure awareness of regulatory expectations and promote best practices.

Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Economics, or Business.
2. 1-3 years of experience in compliance, operations, or regulatory support within Financial Services or Consulting.
3. Strong knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks.
